We all experience pain, adversity, failure, and/or trauma in this life at some point. However, we all choose to deal with that pain in distinctly different ways. That's what the Harmonic Triad is all about.

The three groups within the Harmonic Triad are:

• The Reactive Group
• The Positive Outlook Group
